The only few relatively good tips that can be given are(no need for any progs):
1. by using proxies but tend to slow browsing and downoading. If u use different browsers u can set each with different proxies for downloadiing simultaniously but know that Proxies are used from many people so some try to download from rapidshare and some of them happen to be using the same proxy.What i'm tellng u is from my personal experience.You get a chance were the proxy wasn't used but also there times where u have to wait from 0-200 min depending when the proxy was last used for rapidshare.And also if there's like 5 min left and u wait, know that someone else using the same proxy might be waiting also so u may loose your chance by a second.
AND
2. second and most worthy of all, changing your IP by unplugging and pluging the cable from your modem if u got a dynamic IP.
